Helping Keep Our Community Safe: New Defibrillator Installed
Thank You to Mount Alexander Shire Council
The Castlemaine Historical Society sincerely thanks Mount Alexander Shire Council for providing Community Grant funding towards the purchase of a defibrillator for the Former Courthouse.
Society members, volunteers, researchers, visitors, and the nearby community now have access to this important life-saving equipment in the event of a cardiac emergency.
The defibrillator has been installed in a highly visible, covered external location on the northern Store Room wall, allowing access beyond Society operating hours and strengthening safety for everyone using the precinct.
We greatly appreciate Council’s support in helping us create a safer and more prepared community space.
This project is supported by the Mount Alexander Shire Council Community Grants Program.
