6 High School

The Society holds an extensive collection of school and institutional records, which include; photographs, registers (students), school histories and year-books/magazines.

Schools – records for Primary, Secondary, Denominational, Common, National or Private schools are varied in their content and cover the period from 1859 to 2000. However, individual school records are generally fragmentary.

Histories of schools

Many school histories have been written for anniversaries and special events.

 

Photographs

Student photographs and photographs, depicting sporting events and other school activities. Date range 1898 to current.

Castlemaine High School, Castlemaine Technical School and College and Castlemaine Secondary College records have been scanned. Date range 1895 – 2006
